Geoportal of Lodzkie Region mobile application (Adress Base of Lodzkie Region) presents information from the Lodz region that is of interest to all citizens, helpful in the operation of public administration, didactics, culture and other areas of life in which the spatial location of the facility is needed.

The application includes thematic portals:
- Region portal,
- Hunting portal,
- Maps of soil and agricultural and geological portal,
- Agriculture and rural areas,
- Melioration,
- Orthophotomap,
- Investor portal.

The application allows:
- users location on the map (My current position),
- search for plots, addresses and hunting districts (thematic search),
- entering coordinates and the location of the point on the map (Enter coordinates),
- sharing your own position via SMS, email, social media (Share position),
- marking and saving interesting places on the map (by selecting a point on the map and using the Save point function) and sharing them via sms, email, social media (the Share function is available after selecting a point on the map),
- storage of routes and own facilities (My Data),
- tracking, saving, downloading and sharing your own route (Route Record),
- measuring area and length (Measurements),
- adding to the map external layers of WMS, e.g. poviat and communal EGiB data, collections of the Main Office of Geodesy and Cartography, Polish Geological Institute, National Water Management "Polish Waters", Institute of Geodesy and Cartography (Add layer).

Reference layers in the application include:
- addresses,
- cities,
- plot,
- contours, utilities,
- administrative boundaries,
- public facilities,
- topographic maps,
- orthophotos,
- NMT shading.

Thematic layers include:
- boundaries of hunting districts,
- soil and agricultural maps,
- geological maps
- drainage maps,
- areas intended for investment,
- data on real estate tenders for the Łódź Voivodeship Real Estate Board,
- areas of the Łódź Special Economic Zone,
- restricted use areas,
- areas of spatial planning (local spatial development plans, study of conditions and directions of spatial development, areas of use in local spatial development plans).
